HELLO FOLKS, My project people are asking me to come 3 days per week.. can I follow it? What if i won't follow? Is 12 days continuously enough? And what will happen if I only complete 10 days per month could you please tell ? There is no one from my team membe were seat on that office location... really don't know what's wrong with these guys I don't want to promotion or hike i even not expect since I know switch is far better than chamcha giri in corporate mostly people are full of lies and selfish behaviors Folks, Please comment ur opinion or suggestions
if you dont what any hike, then no need to come to office, its all depends on u r manager
weekly once you can come to office or first 12 days you can come to office,
just maintain good rapo with u r manager and make depenecy on u

How much hours we need to maintain
12 days monthly and Therese should be no zero attendance in any month
