Trending @Capgemini; "100% of the employees would leave Capgemini if they got a better opportunity". Is this true?
Capgemini has been laying off people in the name of performance exits. It is not just that but the way they have handled it. They have fired people without any notice and even fired some people who were on leave. In my team this has caused a lot of anger, many of us are planning to quit even my manager.
This company has lost its reputation and trust among its employees now. People are now afraid to work here because they don’t know what will happen next.
If you are working at Capgemini, then I would suggest that you start looking for another job as soon as possible. There is no guarantee that your job will be safe in the future.

Its not just about Capgemini. Job is not guaranteed anywhere due to market bad volatility. The best you can do is to keep yourself updated in whatever you do and be irreplaceable. Atleast you will be confident enough that you will be able to clear the interview if you are layed off.

I joined 2 years back and almost everyone I have known has left the CG 😂 it's my turn now , Gods would be good ❤️

Yes

True the management is not good. Lacks work life balance and compensation both.

Bhai mujhe v reference de dena . Tang aa gya hu yeh management se

Same here..now I am on bench from this month but they are just tracking 12days from Jan when I was on project. And just tracking everything like they are just finding one mistake to fire us. Asking to post leave from Jan if not completed 12 days

Soo true and they are unjust for the women who are on Maternity leave and then theyl give 4 rating fire
