I joined CG as a fresher and it's been more than 2 years (2.4 to be precise) I'm working here. In my first freshers cycle I got 1 rating and I heard employees with 1 rating gets the next promotion after 6-9 months but I neither got any promotion nor hike 😕 I thought to discuss this with my lead but I did not got any concrete answer for the same. Can someone guide me on when I should expect my next promotion? Thanks in advance. Happy coding 🎈
Even am with 1 rating i did not receive hike letter. Even though i have good feedback from project manager & clients, No value. Worst HR management. I think capgemini need educated HR management to take right decisions
Raise your concern to your BU head not manager BU heads
Well after 1 or 2 rating, you will be eligible for promotion after 6-9 months, but Your Manager have to recommend you for that
