Trending @Capgemini; 0% Attendance

Hi All,

I joined capgemini in mid April & till now I haven’t been to office even once (I went on the joining day & the ID card collection day) out of which only the ID card collection day is considered as attendance (Checked it on view Attendance under OfficePass)

I was on account bench till end of May, post that My account has been changed & till mid June I was under that account’s project BGC.

Till now no body connected with me regarding 12 days attendance.

My team is totally distributed i.e some folks belong to banglore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, Pune, Mumbai etc & hardly anybody visits office.

I initially thought to visit office from July, but as no body visits, it will be waste of time, but at the same time I don’t want to get indulged in HR things related to attendance.

I am thinking until unless any HR contact & asks me…I will not going to visit.

Any suggestions?

Regards

You will get notice from hr and if reason not good you can get terminated too. I would suggest to check with the HR or RMG
