Trending @Accenture; Zero hike Since 1.5 years and peanuts variable
Hi everyone, I joined Accenture in May 2024 and it’s been about 1.5 years now. I haven’t received any hike yet, apart from the usual variable pay. I’m hearing that the next hike cycle may only be in June 2026, which is quite concerning.
Does anyone know if there’s an internal channel or link where we can raise concerns with HR regarding compensation — specifically about not receiving any hike so far and being dissatisfied with only variable pay? Any guidance on where to escalate this would be really helpful.

There were multiple promotions in my team last few months but when it comes to base pay hike .. they are silent
There is nothing you can do. At max reach out to AD, Director, etc. But that also won't help much as everyone has the same answer, budget.
