Trending @Accenture; Yearly Increments!
Does anyone know if we are getting yearly increments in May cycle or not?
Yearly increment cycle is in nov only
Any confirmation from officials?
Confirmation wouldn't be required i guess, everyone knows it's during Nov of each year. You people still think they'll provide an increment in mid year just because they did not provide last year ? Things don't work like we wish in corporate
No hike no motivation
Some say yes, some say no. Some have even got promotions in mid-year. Would be really get if we get a official response from the right people.
Officially our DU lead in meeting announced ho increments but some DU are getting hikes Not sure if its based on client budget
It’s totally dependent on project budget and slot for promotions. I have heard that there will be minimum slot for promotions in may or June cycle
Accenture appraisal cycle is Sep to Aug. In November Accenture will release the yearly hikes for every one
Mid-year will be applicable for those who get the promotion

Do not trust anyone who says yes or no for this question because we will only know when the budgets are released in August/September. Nobody absolutely knows how the budgets will be except for a handful people in Accenture India.
Also, a lot depends on Accenture's revenue guidance for the year.
Based on my understanding and intels “No hikes for now, yearly increment happens in Nov so no predictions before time, mid year no hikes and promotion if any will be very limited and is likely to attract meritocracy or depends on project / manager (in case someone is too much on the brink to get that deserved promotion)”
Not in May as well as not Dec as well.
In short: There is NO increment this year as well
