do u completed exact 1 year in Accenture or not , because I completed 8 months in Accenture and when I count may and june I will complete around 10 . I am eligible to hike in this june cycle

Easiest way to calculate is current in-hand multiplied with percentage increase
Eg. Current in hand 10000 percentage increase 11 New in hand 10000*1.11 = 11100. Most cases approximately it will be true unless your tax bracket is changing
