When we can hear about year end promotion ? from CL 11 to 10 and what hike can be expected ? (No hike received last year).

And how long should one wait. I'm in cl11 for 2 years started sep 2022 with 8L fixed and got 12.5% hike at dec 2022 getting 9L fixed since that no hike. Ps i joined as a fresher

@ThoughtfulGelding iam getting 5.25 LPA since june 2023. My total YOE is 3.5 😥

Nobody received hike last year!! You will get a call from PL mid Nov with details of Hike % and Promotion

Promotions are usually announced in December. Expect a 25-30% hike if you move from CL 11 to CL 10. Keep an eye on official communications.
