My base pay is Rs 7,50,000 and I am lv11(promoted in march) and got variable pay 8.5%

8.5%of 7.5lakh should be Rs 31875

What I got is 27,287

Whyyyyy? Does anyone have any idea

I also got promoted in march and got this same vp. The thing is, this vp is based on Lv12 before we got promotion. That is why we got 8.5% like last year.

How did you got promoted in March? There is no promotion cycle in March. We have only two cycles June and December!
