Trending @Accenture; Worst outcome for me
So, managers promised me a promotion from level 11 to level 10 during the last cycle. But guess what? This cycle, only got a measly 8% with a high rating. And the worst part? It’s the lowest rating we’ve ever seen from Accenture. I’m afraid it’s time for me to bid farewell to this company.
The worst thing that happened to me I'm a L12 was supposed to be L11 though still they did not make me and gave me 6% hike and just 9% Vp Despite being the top performer for over a year, getting 19 cloud certifications from all 3 major cloud providers, got 6 P4 and award from mycompetency with wall of fame but got nothing in return felt depressed I'm just trying to shift my project now to devops leave support and the project who's not valuing my skills but I'm not able to find any devops project inside Accenture due to lack of references

Last year got promoted to L11 other than that didn’t get any hike since joining can I expect promotion this cycle.
