I used to work in restricted bay way back and that is some real joy when u find a good gang and spend time on chit chat with ur gang...If u don't have friends then it s a hell...try to get more friends ✌️
I too felt that. The problem was language difference. I alone was one who spoke Hindi and all others continued to have fun in the local language. Sometimes I felt they had the advantage of back bitching too.. So many times I took my laptop to the breakout area. In many projects there's hardly any diversity.
Exactly what I’ve faced. Some people have even told me to get out of Bangalore .. I brought this issue to HR but no resolution! My project has no diversity
