Trending @Accenture; Worst ever Bonus in Accenture
Never thought Accenture will do this... I have been a strong resource in all the projects I worked. Have been to aussie to meet clients, have received ace award, have received promotion to TL due to my best performance but suddenly they set roll off without information and when I asked, they said my malaysia transfer as a reason( I asked this for my husband and management promised to do this for me which made me to drop my 18LPA offer). After all this, they spoke with me to stay with them just because my manager in that project has resigned but I denied saying roll off was set without informing to me & I dropped an offer because of your fake promise. It wasn't informed to my manager also and then I joined another project. Then I dropped papers now and serving NP. But now, got 0% hike & bonus and this is because of my previous project.

You are thinking of your own benefit. They are thinking of their own benefit. In ths end it's business, they'll kick you out once there is no usage of you.
But you've leaveaged and earned well so far in your career. Been to onsite in aussie, asked anothrr transfer to goerign country.
That's not onsite. Just a client visit for 15 days to present our KP metrics. And another transfer was not asked by me. It was promised by my manager when I was ready to drop papers to retain me. As they promised, they didn't try anything to do it but instead they set roll off date without any information to me or my manager which is unethical to me. Benefit should be on both ends. Just because I denied to stay back in the same project, giving 0 is just pure revenge

This cycle is really bad for the bonus and we gonna start seeing this pattern from Nov 2023 onwards.
Nov 2023 - Skip cycle Nov 2024 - Gave hike and promotion, But reduced the promotion to 13% flat from CL 10 onwards, but continuing giving good bonus Nov 2025 - Now reduced the standards of bonus also.
Now the question comes will the glorious days where Accenture used to give of 25%-30% that too multiple times in a year will return or not.
Honestly I don't think so this will going to change.
On the top, ATCI was flexible on RTO policies until 2023 but from this year onwards they are snatching that also.
Not sure where the company is heading....

Yeah very much disappointed. Accenture was best in all these before years ago. Now it's very much bad that many people are facing this. Even my manager who resigned and later revoked the papers as offer from TCS was denied at last week of NP due to their layoffs now got 0% bonus + hike just because we both choose to move away from that project and it looks like a revenge.
expecting junk management to favour you again and work as you day would be your fault.
I am on notice period and I was an associate i resigned in October recived a worst bonus of 3% I even had the best feedback with individual ace award...
This is worst.. and I hope this is totally dependent on managers and pmo team...

Don’t know but no one that I have spoken to had received anything less than 15%
I wonder, how Accenture calculates these bonuses, same experience with me.
Not satisfied, simply my PL told me, your promotion can be discussed june cycle.
Bhai 0 percent mila hai kaam krna k baad aur PIP pe daal rahan hain.
Try to contact them who offers you 18lpa if still this opening is open then try at last
How could you even believe any of these promises...? They can roll off anyone anytime from any project. Rules are meant for their utilisation
