If u think this is fucked up. Then pls join other companies and see for yourself. Accenture is way better than other companies. You realize this only when u work for other IT giants. I have seen many leave Accenture and then come back here to work.
If you're complaining about accenture not having WLB then bro you have never heard of other IT biggies. You have a solution always at your hand--- talk to HR, ask for roll off from the current project and join a new project👍🏻
There is no point in going to HR, it all depends on manager. I have asked roll off multiple times, they just ignore me.
You’ve not seen startups and other MNCs then. If HR doesn’t do anything like one of the other member mentioned, you can always look for other opportunities.

My head has been aching since yesterday. I haven't slept properly this entire week, had to work till 12:30 am, 1 am and 2 am on 3 out of 5 days. The work is never ending, no appreciation for the work done despite being a fresher and stepping up my game to keep up with the work. God just burn this company and all other such toxic companies down
