Hi all, I have been on bench from the past one year i haven't rejected any projects i din't even get any calls and my manager is not responding to any of the mails or pings. What should i do now any way to get a project in accenture or can someone help me regarding this please....

Doesn't accenture release a person from company if they are on bench for more than 3 months?
