Trending @Accenture; Worried about growth
I joined accenture in oct 2024. I have completed my stream training in java in the month of January. It's been 3 months since my stream training got over. I'm improving my java skills everyday. One of my peer got into development project in the month of feb. I'm ready to contribute, but still there is no project call. Will they include me in project? Will I get development role? Will they put me in support role?

I understand. But doing nothing for 3 months since the training got over making me feel guilt. I'm improving my technical skills. But I can learn more about this industry if I'm in the project.
Agree with you. Do you have any assigned people lead and on bench or on redep? If you have a lead, please ask for support on this.
