Trending @Accenture; Working outside of working hours
I joined a new project a month back, while onboarding they said that the working hours would be 2pm to 11pm. But after joining it's completely different. I have a daily standup at 8am morning and 80% of the time they are asking me to join early (like 9 or 10am) as there is some work to do. I'm working for 12 hrs daily. Due to this my personal life is effecting very badly. How to tackle this situation?
Setting clear expectations is necessary.. you should talk to your leads and managers that you can't handle 12 hours of shift and ask to mutually agree on some solution.

But my lead is already a rude guy, he shouts at everyone for every little thing. This is the reason I'm afraid to talk to him regarding it

Speak directly to lead, do not work more than 9 hrs. Just log off and do not respond outside office hrs. Do not install teams and Outlook in Mobile.
