Trending @Accenture; Working Mom Trying to Study — How Do You All Manage?
Hey everyone I’m working full-time and also trying to study and upskill, but honestly, staying consistent and focused has been really tough lately. My husband helps a lot with household work and our 3-year-old, but with no elders at home, it still gets quite hectic managing everything.
For those who are working parents — how do you manage your time, stay focused, and still find energy to study or work on personal projects?
I’ve already stopped using social media (only WhatsApp), but focus is still a struggle. I really want to grow in my career and increase my package to support my family. Any tips or routines that helped you stay consistent would mean a lot ❤️
Take it easy and do as much as you can. Once your kid grows up, you will have ample time
I was in similar situation. Have a 5 year old son. Wife is working. Only 3 of us in the house. We had a nanny for 10 hours ( separate maids for cooking and household work) till he was 3.5. It became manageable after that.
