Trending @Accenture; Working in same organization for 15 years. Is it good idea to switch or stay? Also my salary is 25LPA? Am I underpaid?

15 year in Accenture and 25LPA, it's very low. I joined Accenture as a fresher in 2010, currently level 7 and CTC 45lakh

In this post i can see quite a many comments from persons who are in the same company like me. What are your views on Accenture. From what's happening since last 4 years , what do you thik wil situation change? Will they start giving considerable hike or just focus on lateral hires?

Minimum hike you can get is 30-40% and if we take the higher bracket then your salary will easily become 35LPA. You should switch.
