Trending @Accenture; Working as SAP Comp junior consultant

I have joined Accenture on Oct 2022 and have been assigned to an internal project in March 2023 and so far I have been in the same project, I have also been promoted to analyst and now I m getting 6 LPA but the work is not much and since it is not client facing I am not getting any real experience, what do I do? Someone please help, I am also getting variables.
