Trending @Accenture; Workday proficiency Oracle certification upload issue

I have recently completed Oracle cloud certification and wanted to upload in proficiency but seems there is some other aligned process to upload. Does anyone have any ideas on this? Specific to Oracle cloud OM certification.

You need to complete the OPN Registration and link the Accenture account in Oracle.

Then automatically it will import the certification from Oracle website to Accenture.
