Trending @Accenture; Workday priorities issue

Is anyone else having this issue where you request new reflection from your priority reviewer in the reflection summary of your priority, but the request doesn't get sent. Again and again it shows the same option for requesting new reflection. The option for cancel pending request is also not there.
