Trending @Accenture; Workday Changes

I have noticed that my manager got changed in the workday portal in this week (AD replaced with MD). Will it have any impact on the December outcomes? Or its just normal thing to happen?

Maybe you are getting a promotion.
And if this change has not happened for promotion then it won't impact dec outcome as the window is now closed
