Trending @Accenture; Work life balance

I have two offers one is accenture with 28.2lpa fixed as associate manager and another one is Cognizant with 28.5lpa fixed with extra benefit of joining bonus 1.5lakh as manager projects. Which company should I join and how is the work balance on both the companies. I have total 11 years of experience into SAP BASIS stream.

I am in confuse which company should I join.
