1 month is completed and i worked like normally. Now still they want me to work till my last. I resigned without offer as I was feeling stress because I am not tht skilled and having low self confidence. 2 months are left. Any suggestions?
Just do bare minimum, work for 3-4 hours only and just don't deliver the work assigned simple they can't do anything in FNF regarding this
I already completed the assigned work Sir but now they keep on adding me in every task. I already told that I am not able to work but still they don't care.
Don't work then simple, ignore. If they keep on giving task if that task takes 1 day take 3 to complete
Stay away from your laptop. Just sign in everyday and do not answer calls. When they start calling on your phone, give them health update Start looking out for a source of income as that will be the hardest part once you leave. That is if you need to earn ofc
You resigned from Company, that’s fine. Now is the company paying you or not. If you work less and company cuts the salary will that be OK with you, no right. If company is giving you salary then they will expect work to be done. If work is there, manager will give it until you are there. Of course to have less stress don’t join all the calls just scrum calls, delay the tasks but don’t expect that since you are in NP you will get less tasks. Either you will have to gove KT to others or work till last day.
Reason of resignation is only the same that I am not able to perform. So i myself resigned as everytime the thought was haunting me.
Don't work,who work in NP buddy.U have taken such major risk so focus on job search and upgrading ur skill
I even mention "anxiety and stress " as resignation reason. But still they are expecting me to perform like normal employee. They don't even connected once regarding my health.
