After recent WFO notice, is it mandatory to go office everyday even when your teammates are from different locations?
Relax guys, you are not required to WFO. Just be within travelling reach of your base location. If they have WFO for everyone they will run out of office space. So chill
Depends on your project /project manager. Some projects are mandating only 2/3 days WFO. Contact your manager.
My manager has allowed me to do WFH but today there is one article published in “NEED TO DO” about mandatory WFO
It is mandatory to be in base location not to WFO if you are working for any client then it is mandatory but it depends on project and manger
Not mandatory yet. It will be made so, in due time. It's being implemented to ensure people work from their base location, rather than other cities...or atleast that's what the insight could be...
Yes they are doing mandatory wfo once a week from base location
2 days a week in our project but it is not tracked directly. Few people are WFH based on pre-approved requests.
