Is anyone here at Manager or Senior Manager or above level? How strictly is the new mandate going to be enforced about working from the office?
Not a manager but I’d say just go along with it for a couple of months. Its gonna be like it was in 2022 September. They are gonna track it for a few months then they are gonna forget about the tracker and even the TL would stop bothering you. Gone through it 3 time in this company.
For now it’s likely to be very strict. They’ll be sending monthly reports and leads then have to counsel people still if they don’t follow the norm then according to some random policy it’ll be considered as indiscipline and you can be terminated as well.
Do I still need to come to office if I am serving notice period?
We work on night also for client calls how we will work in office in that case I do my meeting till late in night than that restriction is not possible
