Last year i was orally told by my project manager that i got permission for work from home as i an working in C Shift. There is no email communication i have. But, now my people lead got mail notification from HR that i am not following work from office rules. What would be the next step? Will i be fired? Or it will affect my November hike/promotion?

If your base location office is not operative in C-shift hours, then no issues else you need to comply RTO rules.
You can check that in acp tool and if that's the case inform your HR and get an exception else there will be consequences.
At the moment, if you don't follow RTO even after 2 counsellings, your employment will be terminated with immediate effect.

I have resigned in accenture in aug 2025 (last working day is on NoV) and after i didn't went to office. Now they are asking jusfication for why i didn't went went to office. Will there be any consequence or will they gonna delay my releiving any idea and suggest me how can i get rid from this situation?
