Hi guys,

I want to work from location other than base location. So I am thinking to raise a exception from smart tool. Anyone knows the process to raise this exception. Who will approve it People lead or HR?

My manager told me that I need to submit the proper docs and it will go to HR. He is saying that there is 1% chance that I would get the exception.

Someone pls help with this. If they know the process exactly.
