How to handle work during notice period. I have dropped my resignation without any offer in hand.I really need to prepare on my technical skills and work hard to get interview calls. Am the only person to work in this project related to my skill set. So all 9hrs am engaged either in a call or in a group chat and then my work. Other than my work hours it's really challenging to prepare on my skill sets.Am getting tired then need to look after my personal chores then the day goes on. So how to utilise my work hours for my preparation and slowly remove my dependency. Even whomever working in project atleast take 1hr break goes on and off during work hours but I don't feel any diff before and after np. I really need to work on this. Please share your suggestions/ experience like what will happen if I show less performance/productivity in my day to day work and how to balance my entire day with work and preparation.

Just stop taking ownership, gradually the work will be reassigned to someone else.
Note: Directly/Indirectly - Make sure everyone in your team aware that you are serving NP
Take Sick/Casual Leaves if you have any.

I have handful of leaves. But am not sure if my other team members are aware of my np

Take those leaves and work on yourself.
There'll be a guy in every team who's a whisperer, inform him that you are in NP. He'll take care of that!!

If we keep on working on our notice how will we get time to upskill and prepare for interview. I think we can ignore the work and deadlines. We already leaving so they can't do much.

That's true. Am handling a project alone. So I have to stay on track in my project.

Is this ur first switch? How is the current market? I also want to resign without an offer letter but currently I'm not getting interview calls.

Don’t do it for testing yet, market is not so good now

You won't get if you say np as 60-90days
Just reduce your output, gradually your manager will delegate your work to others
