Trending @Accenture; Work around Notice period

Is Anyone here or you know of has ever been able to reduce their notice period from 90 days to 60 or less days while working on a project?

If so pls share how you or they did it. I feel 90 days notice period is criminal.

One option I can think of is adjusting your leaves against the days which could help in some reduction but is there any other way out?

You can buy the notice period. Probably its the company you are moving to will have an buy out option where you pay the amount equivalent to your salary of that period and release early. You can talk to your HR and convince them on the buy out process. The only other reason i have seen on early release is critical health condition which requires immediate attention like surgery or so..

Totally depends upon on your Managers and HRs will. There’s no hard and fast rule/procedure to reduce Notice Period. Talk to your manager and try convincing him. Rest is dependent on his call
