Hey i joined Accenture on 18 November they hadlocked me to a project but there is no work since 18 till now Should I wait for start looking for another opportunity like switch again Because I don't wanna sit ideal and get terminated later

Please wait for few more days. You're hardlocked means your roll in process is started already. I got hardlocked on 1st nov, had first interaction with project poc in second week of December and actual work started in Jan 2nd week. So be patient... Or you can try to connect with project PMO team.
