Need some quick advice from the community. I’ve put in my resignation at Accenture mainly to align with notice period timelines, since I’m confident about an upcoming offer from another company. The only catch is—I haven’t got the official offer letter yet. So my question is: if things don’t go as planned, is there usually a way to take back or withdraw a resignation before the final exit date? Has anyone here been through a similar situation? Would really appreciate your thoughts and experiences 🙏
If planning to take it back, keep a good relationship with your manager and take it back only if the relationship is good.
