Trending @Accenture; Withdrawal of Resignation

I work from India office and I have resigned out of frustration for not being able to handle the stress in the project. My manager approved my resignation citing my areas of improvement. Looking at the current market conditions r8 now, can I take back my resignation? Does company reject if I want to comeback?

Market is currently open and way better compared to last quarter. I resigned without any offer and i got 2 offers. Even I was thinking to take my papers back but my project won't deserve me so better move on and lookout for better opportunities outside.

You can withdraw your resignation anytime. Make sure you are taking back Atleast 2 days before last working day.

Thank you! In that case, will I be taken back to the same project or I will be put into global bench?

Absolutely, you can take back your resignation even a day prior to your 90th day. Worst case scenario you'll be joining the same project based on your manager's feedback. I highly recommend you to try out for other companies for your own persona growth. All the best!!

May or may not, depending on your performance, value and how much they actually want you in the team. Also if your work if frustrating you a lot, take your leaves and regroup. Manage your mental and physical health. Take care of yourself.

I get it, thank you for your valuable suggestion!
I felt good resigning but considering monetary factors, was thinking of what if.
