Trending @Accenture; Wipro or Cognizant?
I currently hold two offers one from Cognizant and One from Wipro. I am joining as a Servicenow Developer just wanted to know which company should I choose, does anyone have idea about the work culture and servicenow practice in these companies.
Note: Both are giving a similar fixed pay it's the variable component that differs.

I would say to go with highest package. And give interviews for some better product and startup companies if possible.
Keep both offers but prioritize one offer and search indefinitely. Congratulations 👏 best of luck
