Trending @Accenture; Will we get promotion after being rolled off from project by Oct 15th

My friend is getting rolled off by Oct 15th , he is Lvl 11, with MAL 52, will he get promotion even after being rolled off, his manager said he had given good inputs about him. Please share your opinion guys

Prolly not. Afaik promos happen acc to project budget. The very reason on roll-off could be their inability to give a promo despite 52 MAL. As such promo while in bench has low chances due to reduction in chargeablity. "Good inputs" is relative and just filler.

I'm also L11 and have good inputs from mgr, skip level mgr, onshore offshore leads, awesome client inputs. Lot of good its doing. 🐻
