Trending @Accenture; Will there be hike or market correction in Accenture for Dec 24 cycle?

Doesnt seem like management is in mood to do so for all but for their favourite pets they will do it.

From my manager I was told it will be definitely there but he said it will be less as well

Will it again be 0% like it was last year ?
