Trending @Accenture; Will there be any increment and promotion in June?

Also I have been on level 12.1 for so long (3 years). I have been trying for different projects as well but nothing. I didn't get the positive response. Will it get automatically moved to level 11?

Or do I need to have any discussion with HR? As I have already discussed with my TL and didn't get a very positive response. I'm a little worried as I'm stuck as I'm not getting any better offer.
