Trending @Accenture; Will the attrition rate become high in Accenture?

Hi all,

As you guys already know, most of the people who joined Accenture in 2021 or 2022 have still not got promotion and hikes... 🥲🥲🥲

We already know last year it was announced that there are no promotions for india and Sri Lanka resources... 😭😭😭

Situation seems to be similar this year as well... Do you guys think that in next coming months the number of people leaving Accenture will be increasing significantly...?

Attrition is already at all time high. On top of it, people are being put on IP forcibly, no matter how well performing they are; based on the overall spectrum of the unit. The “investments” is GENAI isn’t turning out that well also. Very poor management.

If Accenture employees were capable of getting offer from PBC they would have left long ago. Capable people will leave and mediocre employees will remain
