Trending @Accenture; Will people still visit offices after bad outcomes in may month for mid cycle?
Since most of folks has some hope of mid year cycle, some looking for promotions , some for good bonus. When they see no hikes no promo, will they still going office punctually?
People already stopped coming as rumors were out that there will be no hikes/promotions again
Yes, we should stop ourselves unnecessarily travel 500-600 kms and spending some 20k for living in metro cities and spending 5-6k in travelling as those who don't have facilities in same city.

I think most of the people put down their papers this time.Every one is frustrated as there are no hikes and promotions from the last 2 years. In my current project , already people started leaving.

Personally, I would stop adhering to the RTO compliance.
They are going to increase 1 day WFO to all 5 day WFO. I really don't want to go to the office. I have to travel 1.5 hrs in local train in one way.
Bro they will increase so that you start to go at-least a day, they will do this trick. So after may they k ow everyone gonna be angry and not like to visit, so they will make 2 day mandatory so that ppl come atleast 1 day
