Trending @Accenture; Will level-8 employees also get hikes this June cycle?
AM is asking questions that they should be answering. Only this organization has the ability to make you do something like this 💀
I heard , level 8 and above will definitely get hike this time bcs last 2 yrs they have not received any, i think other positions like lvl 11-9 will get promotions which are pending from long, remaining folks will get only may month bonus
AM don’t have any info about hike or promotions.. not sure why people are assuming AM knows all this informations.
It's interesting to note that Associate Managers are often not included in discussions or talent review calls and in some cases even managers may not be aware of certain topics until they are informed by their senior managers.
I tell you one interesting thing, since I have closely worked with Associate director in my project , and the way my AM and M were getting treated was sad to see , those days i lost the respect of those positions, its actually not a great positions until you become SM or AD in Accenture.
As a AM you should be able to answer this concern for us 🙂
