Trending @Accenture; Will I receive hike in June if I join new project now?

I worked in a project from Sep to Jan previously. In mid Jan. a project locked me by mistake. They didn’t have any role for me. They kept me without onboarding. After so long fighting with them they released me and I am on bench again.
