Trending @Accenture; Will I get VP?
I joined in october 2024 (ASE) . And recently I've received Hardlock mail to a project and it's been a month. And am not yet on board to project . Project training is going on. After clearing the project training assessment I will get on board . Also Will I get VP?
In the rewards portal I see nothing just a blank page written "no performance & rewards statement available to display" . Does this mean I won't get any extra pay ?
During my shadow Hardlock period for this project . I've written techleap and scored 90.

Yes you will get vp of 8.5 %
You will get default, since you were on bench it will be less , but not 0. It will get auto released to you on 30th may.
Your people leads has not released it
I completed 1yr 8months but still pl did not call for discussing VP and hike ...should i expect any call from my pl??
If you dont have good Utilization Percentage, you will get less VP
