Trending @Accenture; Will i get variable pay in May month? I joined in feb first week.

I joined at CL 9 team lead in feb and have 25% variable pay. How much can i expect to get in may? Also, am i eligible for any hike in June month?

Feb 24 or 25? If feb 24 then almost negligible bonus and if feb'24, then can't say it can be somewhere between 7-15 percent depending on your performance and your project fund.

You won't get anything then mostly. Negligible bonus and hike is now being given to anyone so no for that too

Expect 6-7% variable pay. Everyone gets variable pay in May/Nov month. Don't expect any hike.
