Trending @Accenture; will I get hike ?

I have joined Accenture in Feb for SASA position and during my primers test I have gone through coding test after that I have got .NET as my training module and my designation is changed from SASA to ASE.

Now the thing is ASE people's are getting more than me so my question is will i also get hike on the basis of my designation or I will be underpaid
