Trending @Accenture; Will I get appraisal?

I joined Accenture in July 2023 as an ASE (LVL 12). I got hard locked in a project in december 2023 and have been a very quick learner, doing work better than lvl 10,11 guys in my team (these guys are seriously a joke). My manager and team lead have always praised me for my work and mature thinking considering that I am a total fresher. Probably 4-5 days back, I was in a 1-1 call with my manager and she said that she is aware that I am working very hard, then she said something that I will be getting a mail in 2-3 days, I couldn't hear her very well, I thought it's for some appraisal or something... It has been pretty much over 2-3 days, I haven't received any mail, I also asked her indirectly once. Guys, suggest a way how I can ask again without sounding bad. Also, is it possible I might be getting anything or I must have misheard something that day?
