Trending @Accenture; Will i get any notice pay when i dont clear PIP
I recently targeted and pushed into pip. And eventhough i completed those tasks. They marked it as Not met. If i get pip as fail will i get any notice pay. Or shall i request some time to stay in accenture with HR. Becuz the job is very important for me.
Depends.. one sort of PIP means u r getting a warning.. which means no financial benefits for an year ( including No variable Pay).
Another PIP is - You get into the last call of handling PIP, and the HR on that call says to leave accenture on that very day...
Is there any chance of request to stay in ACCN
Depends on your PIP manager.. if he says not met and unfortunately u fall in the 2nd group, u have to leave.. Personally i would suggest you to switch right now... atleast u will get some financial benefits..
