Trending @Accenture; Will i be promoted to level 11?

I recently got a mail that i cleared school 1. But when i see my reward page there i cant see any variable pay and hike i can just see the June variable pay. Will i be promoted currently i am on level 12. Need help 👇 show your views below in comments.

Yes, you will be promoted. It's just your people lead will have to release your appraisal

So will i get the hike of cleaning teach leap too by people lead

It doesn't work like that just clearing the exam doesn't guarantee promotion there are other criteria as well and then its on the project if they have budget or not , speaking from experience i cleared 2 techleap school's still did not get promoted 🙂
