I have dropped my papers and my LWD is 17 Dec. I wanted to know that will I be getting the VP or not. And If yes, then in November salary or at the time of LWD?

Not even on LWD but after fifteen days from LWD i.e month end. You will get minimum but don’t expect much bro.

Earlier they used to give. Now they don't as I heard. When we put paper our appraisals will become zero.
