Trending @Accenture; Will I be eligible to get a hike this year as a new lateral joinner.

I joined Accenture in January 2024. As I get info December month Accenture will give a hike. So am I eligible for a hike. I have not completed 1 year in Accenture.

Accenture gives hike twice a year...June or December...since you joined in Jan you will get in June 2025
