No only promotions, approx 1.6 -1.8 get promo at each level from every DU, and for each promotions there will be double PIP . 5% fixed pip at each level

Every 10 seats 1.8 reserved for promotions at each level, some DUs has 1 only on every 10 seats, so these are varying over various DUs

Manager said only people getting promotions will get hikes. Don't know how true but very depressing news when you haven't had a hike in 2.5 years

no hikes...hikes only december promotion only june...i had connect with my manager and its really bad state 2 promotion out of 20 team for tl..1 promo from 20 ams
